Why we built BenefitsWRK
BenefitsWRK is built from experience: we have lived in both the worlds of transactions and insurance. We live and breathe the lower middle market — we built a successful rollup-focused independent sponsor. Prior to PE, I was the founding insurance partner in BCG's insurance practice, where I advised benefit carriers and brokers globally.
I launched BenefitsWRK to bring the discipline and expertise around benefits that is missing for small, growing businesses and transaction sponsors. Our mission is to deliver the expertise and services that help make transactions close and businesses successful over the long term.
